INTERDYNAMICS, INC. shall provide initial and
comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
The occupational therapy evaluations shall examine and document concerns in an
ease of function, including but not limited to, gross motor, fine motor, sensory
motor, sensory processing, reflex testing muscle strength, mobility level,
activities of daily living, perceptual motor skills, equipment issues, and range
of motion.
INTERDYNAMICS, INC. shall develop occupational
therapy Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals for students receiving
intervention services.
INTERDYNAMICS, INC. shall provide occupational
therapy intervention services as prescribed in the student's IEP.
INTERDYNAMICS, INC. shall review/monitor/update
and/or develop physical management plans for students who no longer receive
occupational therapy services, when questions occur regarding the student's
motor skills needs.
